Exposed wooden beams, soft tones, and natural materials create a warm, calming atmosphere, with stunning views of the Dolomites — from the majestic Pale di San Martino to the woods of the Lagorai range.

The apartment is particularly sunny and located in a very quiet area — ideal for those who wish to relax and recharge away from the hustle and bustle. The center of Fiera di Primiero is just a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. A convenient and accessible parking space is available just outside the building.
On request, we can provide breakfast baskets or a bottle of selected wine upon arrival. And for those who enjoy comfort even on holiday, it’s possible to have dinner served directly in the apartment with dishes from our restaurant — including gluten-free options.
