A. Rate Conditions and Direct Payment
1. Reservation and Confirmation
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit by bank transfer equal to 30% of the total amount. The balance can be paid as agreed, either before arrival or at check-in.

2. Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is €1.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights. Guests under the age of 14 are exempt. The tax must be paid on site during the stay.

3. Payment Methods
We accept payments by bank transfer and/or cash.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation after this period or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
Early departures do not entitle guests to any refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival or no-show: 100% penalty (full amount due).

5. Changes to the Reservation
Any changes (number of guests, dates) will be managed based on availability and may result in a change in the price.
